EZ-PAY Budget

For years, customers have complained that they get hit with their highest fuel bills at the worst time... right after the holidays. In fact, 80% of your fuel is delivered within a 4 month period. This can be taxing on most family budgets since there is no way to predict what difficulties next year will bring. At Fuel Services, Inc., we can help by spreading your estimated heating expense over 11 months, and best of all.... it won't cost you a penny more or mean you'll use more fuel. In fact, so long as budget payments are made on time, fuel is charged to your account at the cash price and not the full posted price.

How we determine a budget payment is very simple. We take your estimated annual usage in gallons and multiply that by an estimated average price per gallon for the heating season to arrive at what we project your total fuel cost for the heating year will be. We take that number and divide by 11. That number is your monthly payment. You may include the cost of a service agreement(s) in the budget plan if you choose. You pay the monthly payment from July thru May. June is a settle-up month where you pay off any balance that might remain on your account. If during the budget season our estimate proves to be a little high or low, we'll adjust your payment amount. (Usually done mid-season, possibly sooner for newer clients for which we don't have an accurate history) Our goal is to come as close as possible to your true total annual heating cost when estimating your annual heating costs. We don't want our clients to have sticker shock when receiving their June settle-up statement.

EZ-PAY accounts are only charged for the fuel they actually receive, at the daily cash price on the day they received the delivery. Deliveries are made via our highly advanced, computerized Automatic Delivery Service. You never have to be home or worry about running out of oil.

• Open to all credit approved clients
• Predictable monthly payments — even if you take two oil deliveries in one month
• No surprise fuel bills and no money pinch around the holidays
• More cash available during the winter months
• Easier Automatic Deliveries — now you don't have to worry about getting a delivery at an inconvenient time. It won't affect when or what you pay that month.

30 DAY PAY with 10 Day Pay Discount

Customers with approved credit will be given net 30-day payment terms.
Those customers who choose to pay within 10 days of their fuel oil delivery date will receive a 10 cent per gallon prompt pay discount. For clients that are not on EZ-PAY, all previous deliveries must be paid before another will be given.

Considerations:

• Open to all credit approved clients
• Most will still have the majority of their fuel bills spanned over just a 4 or 5 month period
• Eligible for Automatic Delivery and Service Contracts

COD

We will be happy to make deliveries to anyone in our coverage area on a COD basis. We will collect payment in advance or at time of delivery. We accept cash (in offices only), personal checks (credit approved only), money orders, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

Considerations:

• Always assured the discounted 10 day price
• Clients with limited or no credit can still take advantage of our exceptional services
• COD customers are not eligible for Budget Plans, Automatic Delivery or Service protection

PRE-BUY OIL

Pre-Purchase your seasonal needs for oil and be assured of what your home heating expenditure will be for the season. Pre-Pay contracts are offered before the beginning of the heating season.

Considerations:

• Pay for fuel once a year and forget about it! Oil is delivered automatically as you need it.
• Large upfront cash expenditure that is no longer a guarantee that you save money
